Visa support

The foreign citizens who wish to visit Kazakhstan on business, tourism or work need to obtain Kazakhstan visa in order to enter the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, if otherwise is not regulated by the international agreements of Kazakhstan.

Important notice: your passport must be valid for at least of three (3) months beyond your intended stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan (e.g. if you plan to go to Kazakhstan for one month in March, your passport must be valid at least through August).

Documents required for getting Kazakhstan visa-support letter for a work permit visa :

1. Your passport copy
2. Application form (VISA-SUPPORT LETTER APPLICATION FORM)
3. Translated and apostilled copy of your diploma

Kazakhstan visa and visa-support regulations and rules:

1. Kazakhstan tourist or business visas do NOT allow to be employed and get a salary in Kazakhstan, for this you must have a work visa.
2. Normally it takes 5 (five) - 10 (ten) business days to make the visa-support letter for business and tourism and 2 months for the work permit visa.
3. We cannot make the visa-support invitation letter to Kazakhstan if there are less than 14 (fourteen)
    calendar days left, before your arrival date in Kazakhstan
4. Please, take into consideration that Kazakhstan visas cannot be prolongated
5. Once your visa-support invitation is ready we will send it to you by email
6. You need only copy of the invitation to apply for your visa at the Embassy of Kazakhstan
7. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan sends all information about your visa-support to Kazakhstan Embassy

Important rules after getting Kazakhstan tourist, business and work permit visas:

1. Any tourist or business visa of Kazakhstan allows to stay in Kazakhstan not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days. After this period you must leave the territory of Kazakhstan.

2. If you have a multiple entry business visa you can then enter Kazakhstan again for a similar period of 30 (thirty) calendar days

3. 1 year multiple entry business visa allows to stay in Kazakhstan not longer than grand total 120 (one hundred twenty) calendar days per 1 year, but not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days per half a year and not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days per 1 (one) visit

4. The work visa allows you to stay in Kazakhstan for the whole period of your visa.

5. When you arrive in Kazakhstan you must IMMEDIATELY address us for your passport police registration.
